Welcome to the My Baby Avenue Journal: motherhood and everyday life with baby

Le Journal My Baby Avenue - conseils et astuces pour les parents

The My Baby Avenue Journal offers a window into the story of Lidjyne, the brand’s creator, and the realities of everyday life with a baby.

Through motherhood stories, practical advice and simple reference points, this space explores organisation, the first months, development, tiredness and the small surprises of family life.

Lidjyne’s journey: from motherhood to My Baby Avenue

Before becoming a mother, the world of baby products did not play a particularly important role in Lidjyne’s everyday life. The unexpected arrival of her son completely changed that perspective.

At the beginning of her pregnancy, fear of childbirth and a phobia of hospitals made this new stage feel daunting. From around the fifth month, pregnancy became more peaceful, with more energy and moments of connection with baby. Lockdown then changed the rhythm of that period.

A birth during lockdown

Her son arrived one month earlier than expected. Despite the stress of the circumstances, the day remains one of the most memorable moments of her life, supported by her partner’s presence and humour.

After the birth, the desire to understand everything about baby life became very strong, along with the pressure to do everything perfectly. The baby blues, tiredness and intense migraines were reminders of an essential reality: no parent can control everything, and slowing down is sometimes part of the journey.

A second experience of motherhood

Three years later, the arrival of her daughter brought a new experience of pregnancy and motherhood, lived with more serenity and joy.

Today, everyday life combines family, organisation, care, cooking, entrepreneurship, tiredness and moments of joy, with the support of the father of her children.

What the Journal offers

The Journal brings together content designed to make everyday life with a baby simpler: organisation, clothing care, the first months, development, tiredness and parenting experiences.

The aim is to offer practical reference points without chasing perfection or imposing a single way of doing things.
