The story of My Baby Avenue

My Baby Avenue was born from a life journey, a passion for creating and a simple desire: to imagine soft, useful and reassuring items for baby’s first moments.

Originally from Guadeloupe, Lidjyne, founder of My Baby Avenue, grew up in an environment where family and shared know-how held an essential place. Sewing and making were part of her daily life from a very young age, particularly thanks to her grandmother, who introduced her to this world.

Years later, after her studies, a career in retail and then becoming a mother, her desire to create took on a new dimension. When her son was born in 2019, the need to design products suited to the everyday lives of new parents became clear.

From the first baby lounger to My Baby Avenue

The first creation came to life: a baby lounger designed as a soft, reassuring space for baby’s awake time, under adult supervision. The prototype evolved, materials were adjusted and the finishes refined. The first orders soon followed.

This adventure gave rise to My Baby Avenue in 2020. Since then, its world has grown around textile creations for babies and families: baby loungers, 3-in-1 play mats, hooded towels, accessories and personalised projects.

Handmade in France

Every My Baby Avenue textile creation is carefully made in France, with a focus on comfort, softness and everyday usefulness. The patterns, materials and colour combinations give each piece its own unique character.

Today, My Baby Avenue continues to grow with the same ambition: to offer creations designed to support families with softness, simplicity and care.
